The Board of Directors of CHB (“Board”) wishes to inform that the following documents were received on 05 February 2025:

• Writ of Summons and Statement of Claim dated 22 January 2025 served to: (i) CHB’s wholly-owned subsidiary namely Carzo Sdn. Bhd. (“CZSB”), (ii) Dato’ Sri Delon Lee Kean Yip (“LKY”) and Cheong Wai Keh (“CWK”) (both being the executive directors of the Company and personal guarantors for the banking facilities provided by MBIB to CZSB), and (iii) the Company (being the corporate guarantor for the banking facilities provided by MBIB to CZSB), respectively by MBIB at the High Court in Kuala Lumpur (collectively, “WS1”); and
• Writ of Summons and Statement of Claim dated 22 January 2025 served to (i) CHB’s wholly-owned subsidiary namely Carzo Import (M) Sdn. Bhd. (“CISB”), (ii) Dato’ Sri Delon Lee Kean Yip (“LKY”) and Cheong Wai Keh (“CWK”) (both being the executive directors of the Company and personal guarantors for the banking facilities provided by MBIB to CISB), and (iii) the Company (being the corporate guarantor for the banking facilities provided by MBIB to CISB), respectively by MBIB at the High Court in Kuala Lumpur (collectively, “WS2”).
