| The Warrants are issued pursuant to the Rights Issue of Warrants. Following the completion of the par value reduction exercise on 25 August 2014, the exercise price of the Warrants has been adjusted from RM0.10 to RM0.04 and will take effect from 9.00 a.m. on 26 August 2014, being the next market day following the lodgement of the sealed order granted by the High Court of Malaya confirming the par value reduction with the Companies Commission of Malaysia. Each Warrant entitles the holder to subscribe for one (1) new Palette Share at the exercise price of RM0.04 at any time until the Maturity Date (inclusive) (“Exercise Period”), subject to adjustments in accordance with the provision of the deed poll dated 13 February 2013 constituting the Warrants not exercise during the Exercise Period. Any Warrants not exercised during the Exercise Period will thereafter lapse and cease to be valid for any purpose. This announcement is dated 25 August 2014. |
