Further to the Company’s announcement on 12 November 2024 in relation to the above matter and pursuant to Paragraph 10.09(2)(e) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securites Berhad, the Company wishes to announce that there was a further increase in the actual value transacted for the following recurrent related party transactions (“the said RRPT”) which were approved by the Company’s shareholders at the 60th Annual General Meeting held on 16 May 2024. As of 31 December 2024, the actual transacted value has exceeded the estimated value for the said RRPT as disclosed in the Circular to Shareholders dated 17 April 2024 (“Circular”) by approximately 80%.
