In accordance with Part 1 of the Deed Poll dated 3 October 2023, the Terms and Conditions of SUPERMX-C4M will be adjusted in accordance with the following formula: Adjustment pursuant to the Bonus Issue 1. Adjusted Exercise Ratio = E / (1 + N) 2. Adjusted Exercise Price = X / (1 + N) whereby: X: RM0.9500; being the existing Exercise Price of SUPERMX-C4M immediately prior to the Bonus Issue of Shares N: 0.2000, being the number of additional SUPERMX Share (whether a whole or a fraction) received by a holder of existing SUPERMX Shares for each SUPERMX Share held immediately prior to the Bonus Issue of Shares E: 2.0000, being the existing Exercise Ratio of SUPERMX-C4M immediately prior to the Bonus Issue of Shares Based on the formula above, the Exercise Price of the SUPERMX-C4M will be adjusted from RM0.9500 to RM0.7917 and the Exercise Ratio will be adjusted from 2.0000 SUPERMX-C4M : 1 SUPERMX Share to 1.6667 SUPERMX-C4M : 1 SUPERMX Share. The actual adjustment to SUPERMX-C4M will take effect on the ex-date of the Bonus Issue of Shares. |
