We refer to the Company’s announcement dated 30 October 2024 on the delay in issuance of Outstanding Financial Statements for the financial period ended 30 June 2024 (“Outstanding Financial Statements”).
Messrs. KC Chia & Noor has been appointed as new Auditors of the Company to fill the casual vacancy in the office of auditors caused by the resignation Messrs. UHY.
The Board of Directors wishes to announce that the Company is still in the midst of preparing the Outstanding Financial Statements.
Barring unforseen circumstances, the Outstanding Financial Statements is targeted to be released by the end of March 2025.
The Company will make further announcements on the progress of the above matter from time to time.
