We refer to BURSA's and Maybank Investment Bank Berhad’s announcement dated 27 January 2025 and 28 January 2025 respectively pursuant to the special dividend of 8.0 sen per share under single-tier system (“Special Dividend”).
As the adjustment for the Special Dividend does not amount to more than 2% of the Exercise Price and Entitlement being changed, therefore we will not make any adjustments to the terms and conditions of BURSA-C84. The Exercise Price and Entitlement of BURSA-C84 shall remain the same.
