The Board of Directors of GBGAQRS wishes to announce that Gabungan Strategik Sdn Bhd ("GSSB") ("2^nd Plaintiff"), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, together with Syarikat Muhibah Perniagaan dan Pembinaan Sdn Bhd ("1^st Plaintiff") has filed a Writ of Summons and Statement of Claim (Civil Suit No. WA-22NCC-93-02/2025) at the High Court of Malaya at Kuala Lumpur against: -

1. Turnpike Synergy Sdn Bhd (a subsidiary of PROLINTAS Group of Companies)

2. Dato' Mohammad Azlan bin Abdullah

3. Ir. Rostam Shahrif bin Tami

4. Zairulnizam bin Rohani

5. Satunas Technologies Sdn Bhd
