The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Company has on 17 February 2025 received the Notice of Certificate of Incorporation on Change of Name dated 14 February 2025 issued by the Companies Commission of Malaysia. Accordingly, the name of the Company has been changed from "E.A. Technique (M) Berhad" to "Avangaad Berhad" with effect from 17 February 2025.
