Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 30 August 2024 regarding the collaboration between PANSAR’s wholly owned subsidiary, Perbena Emas Sdn Bhd (“PESB”) and China Road & Bridge Corporation (“CRBC”), in relation to the Letter of Acceptance from Sarawak Metro Sdn Bhd for the Construction and Completion of Infrastructure Works for Blue Line-Package 2 from Stutong to Hikmah Exchange for Kuching Urban Transportation System Project (“Project”). 

Pursuant to Chapter 10 of the Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of PANSAR wishes to announce that on 18 February 2025, PESB entered into a Shareholders’ Agreement with CRBC to incorporate a joint venture company, PESB CRM JV Sdn Bhd to undertake the Project.
