For consistency purposes, abbreviations and definitions used throughout this announcement shall have the same meanings as those previously defined in the announcements made by the Company on 13 September 2024 and 1 November 2024.

We refer to our earlier announcements dated 13 September 2024 and 1 November 2024.

In respect of the SJ Application, the Company wishes to announce that the High Court of Malaya has, on 18 February 2025, granted Onetexx leave to enter final judgment against the Defendant for

1. payment of the sum of RM4,691,960.05 (“Judgement Sum”);

2. interest on the Judgement Sum at the rate of 5% per annum from 30 August 2024 until the date of judgement pursuant to Section 11 of the Civil Law Act 1956; and

3. interest on the Judgement Sum at the rate of 5% per annum from the date of judgement until the date of full settlement of the Judgement Sum pursuant to Order 42 Rule 12 of the Rules of Court 2012,

and further ordered costs of RM7,000 to be paid by the Defendant to Onetexx, subject to the payment of allocatur fees.

Further announcement(s) on material developments in respect of the above (if any) will be made to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad from time to time.
