The Board of Directors of EVD BERHAD ("the Company") has approved the change in the financial year end of the Company from 30 June to 31 December to enhance resources planning and to improve the management of audit, and annual reporting in the future. The new financial year will commence from 1 July 2024 to 31 December 2025, covering a period of 18 months. Thereafter, the financial year of the Company shall revert to 12 months ending 31 December for each subsequent year.
