GENTINGC3O is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 22 October 2024. GENTINGC3O is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 30 October 2024, the First Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 2 December 2024 and the Term Sheet for GENTINGC3O dated 21 February 2025.
