The Board of Directors of Lion Posim Berhad (“LPB”) wishes to announce that the Company proposes to seek approval of its Shareholders for the proposed renewal of the shareholders’ mandate for the LPB group of companies to enter into recurrent related party transactions of a revenue or trading nature with related parties (“Proposed Renewal”) at the forthcoming 42nd Annual General Meeting to be convened.

A Circular to Shareholders containing the information on the Proposed Renewal will be made available on the website of Bursa Malaysia Berhad and the Company in due course.
