Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 24 November 2021, 24 February 2022, 24 May 2022, 24 August 2022, 24 November 2022, 24 February 2023, 24 May 2023, 24 August 2023, 24 November 2023, 23 February 2024, 23 May 2024, 23 August 2024 and 22 November 2024 in relation to the MOU signed between PECCA and MARii (“Announcements”).

Unless otherwise defined, the definitions as set out in the Announcements shall apply therein.

The Company wishes to update the following: -

With the completion and achievement of the highest Level 5 rating in MARii’s Supplier Competitiveness Level assessment, the Company is progressively enhancing the identified key areas based on the recommended improvement plans. The Company has been closely engaged with MARii for its valuable recommendations, which enable it to remain consistently competitive and deliver comprehensive solutions to customers in both local and international markets while adhering to global best practices.
