We refer to the announcement made by SUPERMX dated 10 February 2025 and our announcement dated 13 February 2025 pertaining to the Bonus Issue of Warrants.
In accordance with Part 1 of the Deed Poll dated 3 October 2023, no adjustments shall be made to the Exercise Ratio and the Exercise Price of SUPERMX-C4M pursuant to the Bonus Issue of Warrants as the Warrants are theoretically out-the-money as at the last market day on which the SUPERMX shares are traded on a cum-entitlement basis.
