We refer to the announcement made by SUPERMX dated 18 December 2024, 19 December 2025, 6 January 2025, 17 January 2025 and 10 February 2025 and our announcements dated 13 February 2025 in relation to the Bonus Issue of Warrants.
In accordance with the Second Schedule of the Deed Poll dated 16 May 2024, the terms and conditions of SUPERMX-C4K shall not be adjusted as the closing price of SUPERMX one day prior to the Ex-date of the Bonus Issue of Warrants, is less than the exercise price of the SUPERMX Warrant of RM1.1500.
