Dato' Wong Kuo Hea, a founding member of Ta Ann Holdings Berhad, was appointed as Group Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer on 2 October 1999, a position he has held since.

With extensive experience in the timber industry, Dato' Wong possesses deep expertise in corporate management, forest management, and the full spectrum of timber and oil palm operations, from upstream cultivation to downstream processing.

Beyond Malaysia, he has cultivated a strong and enduring network of buyers and business associates, fostering long-term partnerships that have been integral to Ta Ann's growth since its inception. A hands-on leader, Dato' Wong has played a pivotal role in building a resilient and ethical management team, driving the Group's commitment to sustainability and operational excellence. He is the father of Mr. Wong Siik Onn, who is also a Director of the Company.
