Query Letter Contents

We refer to your Company’s announcement dated 20 February 2025, in respect of the aforesaid matter.


In this connection, kindly furnish Bursa Securities with the following additional information for public release:-

 

1.

The existing use of the Property. If currently let out, the details of the rentals and the rental income or expected rental income per month or per annum.

2.

The approximate age of the Property.

3.

Encumbrances of the Property, if any.

4.

Quantification of the market value on the Property as appraised by the valuer.

5.

The built-up area of the Factory.

6.

The expected gains or losses to the MCLEAN group arising from the Disposal.

7.

the timeframe for full utilisation of the sale proceeds.

8.

With regards to the Factory, the following information:

(a) the amount of lettable space;

(b) the amount of lettable space available for letting and the occupancy; and

(c) the percentage of occupancy.

9.

Particulars of –

  1. any liabilities, including contingent liabilities, in relation to the Disposal which remain with the MCLEAN, together with the details and justification for such arrangements; and
  2. any guarantees given by the DWZ/MCLEAN to the purchasers.

10.

Whether the Disposal is subject to approval of the shareholders.
