The Board of KGW Group Berhad ("KGW" or the "Company") wishes to announce that upon the formation of the Sustainability and Risk Management Committee, Ms. Lim Joo Seng be and is hereby appointed as a member of the Sustainability and Risk Management Committee ("SRMC") with effect from 26.02.2025. The composition of the SRMC after the change is as follows:
