Reference is made to the previous announcement on 19 November 2024. Unless otherwise stated, the definitions and terms used herein shall have the same meaning as those defined in that announcement.

Pursuant to Paragraph 10.09(1) (a) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“MMLR”), it is regarded that, following a prior reported acquisition of the equity interest in the Company by Tan Sri Datuk Dr M.K. Swami vide KKSB, the renting of premises by Perdana University from the Company results in a Recurrent Related Party Transaction (“RRPT”), consequent of the transaction value thereof for the period from 26 April 2024 to 31 December 2024 having exceeded the relevant percentage ratio of 1%.
