The Closing Level of 23,687.00 was determined based on the final settlement price for settling the corresponding spot-month index futures contracts on the Expiry Date.
As the Closing Level is higher than HSI-HZL's Exercise Level of 17,250.00, holders of HSI-HZL will not be entitled to receive any payment from us. All outstanding and unexercised HSI-HZL will cease to be valid and all our obligations in respect of the HSI-HZL shall terminate absolutely.
