EDEN - Notice of Bonus Entitlement

ISSUANCE OF UP TO 252,677,976 FREE WARRANTS C IN EDEN INC. BERHAD ("EDEN") ("WARRANTS C") ON THE BASIS OF 1 WARRANT C FOR EVERY 2 EXISTING ORDINARY SHARES IN EDEN HELD BY THE ENTITLED SHAREHOLDERS OF EDEN AT 5.00P.M. ON 14 MARCH 2025

Kindly be advised of the following :

1) The above Company’s securities will be traded and quoted “[EX-BONUS ISSUE]” as from: 13 Mar 2025
2) The last date of lodgment : 14 Mar 2025

Remarks :

The Warrants C will be credited into the central depository system accounts of the entitled shareholders of Eden ("Entitled Shareholders") and notices of allotment will be issued and despatched to the Entitled Shareholders at the address as per the Record of Depositors of Eden prior to the listing of and quotation for the Warrants C. 

The Warrants C will be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") within 2 market days after submission of the application for the quotation of the Warrants C to Bursa Securities.
