Unless otherwise stated, all terms used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as those defined in the Prospectus of Lim Seong Hai Capital Berhad dated 28 February 2025.

Applications for the Offering Shares will open at 10:00 a.m. on 28 February 2025 and close at 5:00 p.m. on 6 March 2025. If there is any change to the timetable, LSH Capital will advertise a notice of changes in a widely circulated English and Bahasa Malaysia daily newspapers within Malaysia and will make the relevant announcements through Bursa Malaysia Berhad.
