We refer to the announcements made on 1 March 2022, 1 April 2022, 27 February 2023, 31 March 2023, 30 August 2023, 1 November 2023, 17 April 2024, 30 August 2024 and 18 October 2024 in relation to the Regularisation Plan (“Announcements”).

Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in the Announcements.

Pursuant to Bursa Securities’ letter dated 18 October 2024, the Company was granted an extension of time (“EOT”) until 28 February 2025 to submit a proposed regularisation plan to relevant authorities.

On behalf of the board of directors of ICB, KAF Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that the Company had on 27 February 2025, submitted an application to Bursa Securities seeking its approval for a further EOT of six (6) months for the Company to finalise and submit its proposed regularisation plan to the relevant authorities for approval.

Further announcement will be made upon the receipt of decision from Bursa Securities.
