Pursuant to Section 3.0 of Guidance Note 4 of the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of FINTEC wishes to announce the aggregate amount of financial assistance provided by its wholly-owned subsidiary, Fintec Capital Sdn. Bhd. (“FC”), a moneylending company, pursuant to its ordinary course of business for the quarter ended 31 December 2024 is set out below:-
