As the Closing Price is lower than MRCB-C1J's Exercise Price of RM0.60, holders of MRCB-C1J will not be entitled to receive any payment from us. All outstanding and unexercised MRCB-C1J will cease to be valid and all of our obligations in respect of the MRCB-C1J shall terminate absolutely.
