As the Closing Price is lower than MBSB-C72's Exercise Price of RM0.80, holders of MBSB-C72 will not be entitled to receive any payment from us. All outstanding and unexercised MBSB-C72 will cease to be valid and all of our obligations in respect of the MBSB-C72 shall terminate absolutely.
