We wish to announce that CTOS-C12 expired at 5.00 p.m. on 28 February 2025 ("Expiry Date").
The Closing Price of RM1.16286 was determined based on the average volume weighted average market price of CTOS shares for the 5 market days prior to and including the market day immediately before the Expiry Date.
As the Closing Price is lower than CTOS-C12's Exercise Price of RM1.45, holders of CTOS-C12 will not be entitled to receive any payment from us. All outstanding and unexercised CTOS-C12 will cease to be valid and all of our obligations in respect of the CTOS-C12 shall terminate absolutely.
