The Board of Directors of Ideal Capital Berhad ("the Company") wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek approval of its shareholders for proposed renewal of the authority for share buy-back by the Company of up to ten per centum (10%) of its total number of issued shares ("Proposed Renewal of Share Buy-Back Authority") at the forthcoming Eighth Annual General Meeting.
The Share Buy-Back Statement containing information on the abovementioned Proposed Renewal of Share Buy-Back Authority will be despatched to the shareholders in due course.
