We are pleased to announce the offering by RHBIB of up to 35,000,000 non-collateralised European-style cash settled call warrants over ordinary shares of CMSB by way of market making.
The CMSB-C60 is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
The CMSB-C60 is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 11 October 2024. The CMSB-C60 is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 18 October 2024 and the First Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 24 January 2025.
The salient terms of the CMSB-C60 are set out in the attachment.
