The Board of Directors of SMTrack (“SMTrack” or “the Company”) wishes to announce that V Ultimate Sdn Bhd (“VU”), a subsidiary of the Company, in which the Company holds a 30% equity interest, has entered into a Consult, Manage, and Operate Agreement (“the Agreement”) on 3rd March 2025 with Tonic Wellness (Pvt) Ltd (“TW”), a Sri Lankan Company, appointing TW as the Consultant, Manager, and Operator of MY Thai, a wellness centre operated by VU, to the effect that TW will take over the operations, introducing its brand, and implement its management and operational standards.
