The Board of Directors of Velocity wishes to announce that the Company has on 3 March 2025 entered into a Sale and Purchase Agreement with Chan Swee Ying, for the acquisition of 150,000,000 ordinary shares in MMAG Holdings Berhad ("MMAG"), representing 6.49% equity interest in MMAG, for a total cash consideration of RM60 million.
