We are pleased to announce the offering by CIMB Bank of up to 150,000,000 European-style non-collateralised cash-settled call warrants over the HSI.
The HSI-CWEF is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 9 April 2024 executed by us, as supplemented from time to time. The HSI-CWEF is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 18 April 2024, the First Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 23 July 2024, the Second Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 30 August 2024, the Third Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 22 January 2025, the Fourth Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 3 March 2025 and the Term Sheet for the HSI-CWEF dated 5 March 2025.
The HSI-CWEF is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. A summary of the principal terms of the HSI-CWEF is set out in the attachment.
