All defined terms used herein shall have the same meaning as those defined in the Prospectus dated 5 March 2025 issued by Chemlite Innovation Berhad ("Chemlite Innovation").

Applications will be accepted from 10.00 a.m. on 5 March 2025 and will close at 5.00 p.m. on 12 March 2025.

If there are any changes to this timetable, Chemlite Innovation will advertise a notice of the changes in a widely circulated English and Bahasa Malaysia newspaper within Malaysia, and make an announcement of such changes on Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad's website accordingly.
