The Board of Directors of Pecca Group Berhad (“Pecca” or “the Company”) wishes to announce that Pecca had on 3 March 2025 entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with Zhejiang Tenchen Controls Co., Ltd ("Zhejiang Tenchen"), outlining the joint venture intent, which will combine Pecca’s and Zhejiang Tenchen's strengths to serve the local passenger vehicles market with high-quality seating solutions.
