Pursuant to Rule 10.09 of the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”), a listed issuer is required to obtain a mandate from its shareholders in respect of Recurrent Related Party Transactions (“RRPTs”).

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that Bursa Securities had vide its letter dated 5 March 2025 approved the Company’s application for an extension of time from 20 February 2025, its listing date (“Listing Date”), to the Company’s forthcoming Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) which will be held not later than 31 January 2026 or at an Extraordinary General Meeting (if any) (“EGM”), whichever is earlier, to obtain shareholders’ ratification and shareholders' mandate for the RRPTs entered/to be entered into by the Company or its subsidiaries from Listing Date until the forthcoming AGM or EGM (whichever is earlier).
