SIGNING OF MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING WITH WAWASAN OPEN UNIVERSITY (“MOU”)

The Board of Directors (“Board”” of TT Vision Holdings Berhad (“TTVHB”) wishes to announce that TT Vision Technologies Sdn Bhd (Registration No. 200101011098 (546854-K)) (“TT Vision” or the “Company”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of TTVHB,  had on 6 March 2025 entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) with Wawasan Open University (Registration No. DU013(P)) (“WOU”) to facilitate cooperation and collaboration between WOU and  TT Vision to upskill and reskill TT Vision’s  workforce while also engaging in collaborative research projects and to create a long-standing partnership with one another in accordance with the terms contained in the MOU.

TT Vision and WOU shall hereinafter be collectively referred to as the “Parties” and individually refer to as “Party”.

The Parties agree to cooperate and collaborate in realising the following four (4) areas as explained below:

(a)        Internship Opportunities for WOU students in the Company;

(b)        The recruitment of suitable candidates from the pool of WOU students by the Company to pursue a part-time and/or full-time employment with the Company upon graduation;

(c)        Joint development of academic training programmes, collaboration projects and other activities of mutual benefits;and

(d)        Promoting Skills Upgrading Opportunities, and Relevant Adult and Continual Education Programmes from WOU to Company’s Employees.
