The Board wishes to announce that the Board has today received a notification from Malacca Securities, on behalf of the Joint Offerors, informing that the offer document dated 10 March 2025 in relation to the Exit Offer (“Offer Document”), together with the Form of Acceptance and Transfer have been despatched today to the Board and the shareholders of ICT Zone Asia whose names appear in the Record of Depositors of ICT Zone Asia as at 4 March 2025 and have a registered Malaysian address maintained with Bursa Malaysia Depository Sdn Bhd.

The Offer Document together with the Form of Acceptance and Transfer are published today on the website of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad at www.bursamalaysia.com.
