We refer to the announcement made by SIME dated 24 February 2025 and our announcement dated 27 February 2025 in relation to the Special Dividend of 1 sen per share ("Special Dividend").
In accordance with the Second Schedule of the Deed Poll dated 16 May 2024, the terms and conditions of SIME-C91 shall not be adjusted as the adjustment amount is less than 2% of the Exercise Ratio and/or Exercise Price being changed.
