The Board of Directors of Spring Art Holdings Berhad ("Company") wishes to announce that the Directors had on 12 March 2025 approved a first interim single-tier dividend of 0.7 sen per ordinary share ("Dividend") in respect of the financial year ending 31 December 2025 to the shareholders of the Company whose names appear in the Record of Depositories on 07 May 2025 and the Dividend so declared is payable on 05 June 2025.
