OFFERING OF UP TO 75,000,000 EUROPEAN-STYLE NON-COLLATERALISED CASH SETTLED CALL WARRANTS OVER ORDINARY SHARES OF MALAYSIAN RESOURCES CORPORATION BERHAD (“MRCB”) (“MRCB-C1O”)

We are pleased to announce the proposed issue by MCSM of up to 75,000,000 European-style non-collateralised cash settled call warrants over ordinary shares of MRCB by way of market making.


The MRCB-C1O is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.


The MRCB-C1O is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 13 September 2024. The MRCB-C1O is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 30 September 2024. The obligations of MCSM under MRCB-C1O are guaranteed by Macquarie Financial Limited pursuant to the Guarantee Deed Poll dated 13 September 2024.
