  1. level of subscription of public balloting and placement;
  2. basis of allotment/allocation for the public balloting;
  3. distribution of the placement tranche; and
  4. disclosure of placee(s) who became substantial shareholder(s) of Chemlite Innovation arising from the IPO, if any.
