On behalf of the Board of Directors of LPI, Public Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that LPI is proposing to undertake the proposed shareholders’ mandate for the disposal by LPI and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Lonpac Insurance Bhd of an aggregate 220,294,480 ordinary shares in Public Bank Berhad (“PBB”), representing approximately 1.13% equity interest in PBB to 3rd party purchaser(s) to be identified and at price(s) to be determined later via direct business transaction(s), in cash (“Proposed Disposal Mandate”).
