Reference is made to the Additional Listing Announcement on 17 December 2024 by MIKRO MSC BERHAD (Reference No. ALA-03122024-00005).
The Company wishes to inform the cessation of the indirect interest of Mr. Yeo Hock Cheong in the Company by virtue of his substantial shareholdings in Mikro MSC Berhad pursuant to Section 8(4) of the Companies Act 2016 with effect from 17 December 2024, due to the dilution of Mr. Yeo Hock Cheong’s shareholdings in Mikro MSC Berhad to below 20% resulted from the enlarged issued share capital of Mikro MSC Berhad.
This announcement is made to rectify the information of the indirect interest of Mr. Yeo Hock Cheong as disclosed in the following announcements previously released by ELRIDGE to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad:-
