The Board of Directors of Axteria Group Berhad ("the Company") wishes to announce that the Company will be seeking the approval of shareholders for the Proposed Shareholders' Mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company.

A Circular to Shareholders containing information of the above proposal will be despatched to the shareholders in due course.
