On behalf of the Board, M&A Securities wishes to announce that Fibromat had on 19 March 2025, entered into an underwriting agreement with M&A Securities, being the Underwriter, for the underwriting of 18,621,000 new Shares made available for application by the Malaysian public and eligible Directors and employees who are eligible to participate in the pink form allocations pursuant to the Proposed Listing.
