Reference is made to the Appendix A of the Proposed Platinum Park Acquisition as attached in the announcement dated 3 January 2022 in relation to the Proposed Met 3 Acquisition and the announcements dated 24 February 2022, 27 May 2022, 20 June 2022, 25 August 2022, 24 November 2022, 9 December 2022, 23 February 2023, 22 March 2023, 25 May 2023, 24 August 2023, 22 September 2023, 21 November 2023, 28 February 2024, 8 March 2024, 29 May 2024, 27 August 2024, 21 November 2024 and 27 February 2025 (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations used herein shall have the same meanings as those used in the Announcements.

The Board of Directors of Hap Seng Consolidated Berhad is pleased to announce that on even date, Positive Sunland has entered into a supplemental agreement (“Platinum Park SA”) with Sovereign Towers and Registered Proprietor pursuant to which the parties had mutually agreed to extend the Platinum Park Conditional Period by a further period of six months from 23 March 2025 which shall expire on 22 September 2025 to obtain the EPU Approval.

The Platinum Park SA is available for inspection at the registered address of HSCB at 21st Floor, Menara Hap Seng, Jalan P. Ramlee, 50250 Kuala Lumpur during normal business hours from Mondays to Fridays (except public holidays) for a period of three months from the date of this announcement.
