We wish to announce that MRDIY-C33 has expired at 5.00 p.m. on 21 March 2025 ("Expiry Date") and the Cash Settlement Amount shall be calculated as follows:
Cash Settlement Amount
= Number of MRDIY-C33 x (Closing Price - Exercise Price) x (1/Exercise Ratio)
= Number of MRDIY-C33 x (RM1.3440 - RM2.2800) x (1/2.5)
= Number of MRDIY-C33 x RM0.0000
The Closing Price of RM1.3440 was determined based on the average closing price of the MRDIY Shares (subject to any adjustment as may be necessary to reflect any capitalisation, rights issue, distribution or others) for the five (5) Market Days prior to and including the Market Day immediately before the Expiry Date.
As the Cash Settlement Amount is less than zero, Holders will not be entitled to receive any payment from us and all outstanding and unexercised MRDIY-C33 will cease to be valid and all our obligations in respect to MRDIY-C33 shall terminate absolutely.
