We are pleased to announce the offering by CIMB Bank of up to 150,000,000 European-style non-collateralised cash-settled call warrants over ordinary shares in TENAGA.
The TENAGA-C2Z is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 9 April 2024 executed by us, as supplemented from time to time. The TENAGA-C2Z is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 18 April 2024, the First Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 23 July 2024, the Second Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 30 August 2024, the Third Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 22 January 2025, the Fourth Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 3 March 2025 and the Term Sheet for the TENAGA-C2Z dated 24 March 2025.
The TENAGA-C2Z is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. A summary of the principal terms of the TENAGA-C2Z is set out in the attachment.
