We are pleased to announce the offering by RHBIB of up to 35,000,000 non-collateralised European-style cash settled call warrants over ordinary shares of MSM by way of market making.
The MSM-C5 is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
The MSM-C5 is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 11 October 2024. The MSM-C5 is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 18 October 2024 and the First Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 24 January 2025.
The salient terms of the MSM-C5 are set out in the attachment.
